How to read QC photos?

    Compare colour and shape with the seller's official photos.

    Check stitching, prints, logos and edge finishing up close.

  3. 3

    Look at the size tag and the measurements in the photo with a tape measure.

    If anything looks off, ask the warehouse for extra photos or an exchange before shipping.

How do I buy a product from the spreadsheet through Boonbuy?

Open the product, click “Buy on Boonbuy”, choose size and colour, then pay for the order. When the item reaches the warehouse you'll get QC photos. After approving them, combine items into a parcel and pick a shipping line.

What are QC photos?

QC (quality check) photos are pictures of your actual item taken at the agent's warehouse before the parcel ships. They let you check colour, size, stitching and defects, and request an exchange or return if something is wrong.

How long does Boonbuy shipping take?

It depends on the shipping line — Boonbuy shows the estimated delivery time for each line when you pay for your parcel. Add a few days for the seller to deliver to the warehouse and for QC photos.
